SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard Delivery Fees apply to each order made on the online store. This will be calculated at checkout for you, if you are looking to shop internationally – contact the support team: cs@settology.co.uk

How long will delivery take?

We plan to deliver every item, quick and hassle free.

Depending on the size of your item, and which delivery method you chose.

Delivery is usually 3 – 5 Days

Please note: There are products on the store with longer delivery days of 7-14 which will be noted on the product.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering on the store, you will receive confirmation through text and email.

Once our store processes and confirms your order you will be updated accordingly through the contact you have provided. (Please make sure it’s correct)

You will be contacted by the logistics team, to let you know when your new look is on the way.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt can be can be viewed in multiple ways. Log in to your account with us, and you will find recent orders. Email confirmation provides invoice at time of sale. Text message receipt if mobile signed up.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have 14 days to return your item if you aren’t satisfied with it.

You have to deliver the item in the same condition as it was sent to our Warehouse.

You will have to pay return delivery.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How is the recipient reimbursed?

If you decide to cancel your order, Shopify payments will hold the funds and issue a refund almost immediately. This can take up to 3 days to show in your bank.

For cash on collection, we can bank transfer back to you on refund.

If through Finance, contact the finance company directly

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Receiving a refund consists of being reimbursed through your original payment methods for safety reasons.

Please contact your finance company as providers have different rules.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

We will ship to Northern Ireland. Contact us cs@settology.co.uk – we can arrange a shipping quote adjusted depending on location.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You will only receive the items shown in the item listing depending on your choice of variant.

In the case an error has been made, don’t worry. Contact us to get this switched immediately.

Will you restock items indicated as Òout of stock?Ó

Yes, we usually restock quite often due to having stock on back order and in the factory being made. This will show on the website immediately, if you’re signed up to our newsletter you will be notified.
